For goiter, you need to take iodine content more, any way you are using iodised salt, I think, along with that, you take daily lady's finger. In raw form, minimum 2-4, & also in curry form, practice yoga Asanas related to that {neck rotations] as per the expert's guidance. Take plenty of water. Take all green leafy veg more.
