I sprained my ankle while playing basketball, though it healed my ankle still pains. So would you tell me how to strengthen my ankle.

Apply warm castor il or sesame oil and give a massage and tie it around with a cotton cloth. Leave it for overnight and remove next morning.

Ankle can be strengthened by making the muscles around the joint strong, it can be done by doing the exercises ,A physiotherapist can help you with this. When you get injured ,you need to rest the injured area until you get better .Take care.
