I had bilateral micro surgical varicocelectomy 18 days ago, because of testicle pain and discomfort and left testicle sagging, hanging lower. After surgery half of the pain reduced, but paining in right groin and right lower abdomen, still my left testicle sagging hanging lower and discomfort, is my surgery successful? My doctor said it will cure and operation successful. Is sneezing and coughing can hurt stitches?

Normal the left testis is lower than Right. It is pain then you should use scrotal supports or "Langot" your pain in Testis with the reduced. Take some pain reveling drugs when ever needed
