Mr. Rashid lybrate-user, The dose of throxine can go up to 200 mcg or up to 250 mcg in a few patients. It entirely depends on the level on TSH level or in other words deficiency of thyroxine. There are usually no side effects due to thyroxine dosage increase. Thanks.
