Hello, If you want to lose weight than you have to follow certain precautions. 1. Never skip breakfast. Have protein in breakfast -- eggs / paneer sandwich. 2. Have 5 small meals instead of 3 big ones. 3. Drink a glass of water before meals. 4. Eat small portions in small plates. 5. Avoid junk food or foods made from white flour, colas, fruit juices. 6. Drink at least 3-4 ltrs of water. 7. Have curd daily in lunch. 8. Avoid rice and potatoes. 9. Avoid stress. Do pranayam. Exercise is very important to burn the calories.Do cardio, planks and weight lifting.
