I am almost 20 years old, and I'm going to gym for 8 months. But there is no major improvement on my body size. And there is only 2 kg weight increase in this 8 months. But my many friends whose diet is less in comparison to me, gains more weight. My diet is_ 12 bananas 8 eggs 2 glass milk 100gm paneer Protien shake 2 parathas 4 roti Please help.
