You need not overeat. Please understand that many people are thin and bony but later in life put on weight without doing any thing. You can also learn Yoga and some sports activity or any physical activity of your choice. (indoor games or outdoor games or even dancing can be great.) Each person has a different genetic background and so do not be in a hurry to increase weight by eating unhealthy food. Proper balanced diet and exercise are fundamental to having good health.
