I have persistent inflamed penis meatus for 3 years. After urinating it feels like there is urine left inside urethra near opening. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with non specific urethritis. I was given doxycycline 100mg tab two times a day and alkamax syrup for seven days. But it didn't help. I was also treated with ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin tabs but with 0% success. Last year I was given azithromycin tab but it also didn't help. This month I was treated with doxycyxline 100mg, uripil tab and alkamax syrup for 2 weeks again with no improvement. Meatus is still irritated. 1/2 cm inside meatus sidewalls look like swollen. Meatus lips look like as they are pursed. It looks same while erection. I am very stressed because of this. Urologists say it is nothing. But it is not normal as it was before. Please help me to overcome this problem.
