Hello respected doctors. I am 20 years old girl suffering frm sever hair fall wid huge dandruff ince august. Means it started in one day n nw my hairs are less than half of what it used to be. I took allopathic topisal 30 n medicines for hair. But not a bit result found. I used to comb my hair twice a day. I apply oil. I wash my hairs twice a week n still doing. Bt no result found. Pls help.

Hi lybrate-user, To stop hair fall use triphla powder mixed with curd applies on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking 1.Saptamrit lauh 2 tablets twice in a day with water after meal. 2.Maha bhringraj oil for external use massage on your scalp with the help of finger tips. Leave it for overnight. Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day.
