Aerobics in which your heart rate goes to 120-140 Beats per minute is good for weight loss and for improving fitness. If you have one hour of exercise time. Spend 40 mins on Aerobics. 10 mins on crunches and 10 mins on stretches and strength. Overall Aerobics/jogging/ Cardio is better than crunches.
