I am 21 years of age I often forgot my things. During speech my face blushes I often forget what I have to talk help me please.

Good Morning ~ It is not uncommon to forget when in times of intense fear or anxiety and this is a normal physiological reaction. I also believe that flushing of the face is a reaction to intense anxiety and fear and will reduce when you are treated for the same. I also strongly believe that you will do well with therapy for anxiety especially performance anxiety since if left untreated you might face a lot of problems in the future. I urge you to take the help of a psychiatrist immediately.
