Hello my age is 20 my university engineering exams started for 14 days and between this days I can not able to sleep properly at night I sleep only 2 hours in day I cover my sleep. Please suggest me some tips for recovery of this health lose after exams.

Your problem is anxiety related due to exam stress. The best way to get relief from stress is by meditation. You will have to learn it at a convenient place and practice it regularly. It will help you in the long run. There are anti anxiety medications but they have to be used as a last resort as you can get addicted to them.
