Vitamin b12 is required for red blood cells and nerves in the body. If you have deficiency then you might have low hemoglobin or anaemia. Or you might have some loss of sensations or some weakness in legs. Vitamin b12 is found in abundance in non vegetarian food like meat, chicken, liver etc. Unfortunately there are no good vegetarian sources for vitamin b12. Hope this helps regards.
