It is not possible to loose weight only in one part of the body, as you are 15 kgs over weight. You need to do exercise for all the body parts. Increase your water intake to 3 lts per day, consume complex carbohydrates like whole wheat flour, barley, jowar, brown rice that are rich in fiber, include lot of fruits and vegetables in your meals, consume a glass of water before meals. Do not sit in one place for more than 1 hr, i.e, take small frequent walks.
