I want to keep diet for my self, I was worried about my weight I'm 81 kgs and a height of 5" 6',I'm a medical student studying in the hostel, Is it good to have only chapatis instead of Rice, so that I can avoid the rice as a part of my diet any measures to be taken in order to loose my weight, I'm planning for workout in gym nearby for 1 hr every evening because the classes are hectic doctor. I don't know how to stop eating more, if any suggestions please doctor tell me something to do to reduce my appetite.

You can have cornflakes and milk as breakfast, instead of regular meals being served in the hostel mess.
