Mr. lybrate-user, Diabetes mellitus most often produces no distinct symptoms, so many persons are unable to detect that they have it. However, most obvious symptoms are feeling of tiredness, excess urination, excess hunger, excess of thirst plus unexplained weight loss. Quite a few patients come to know about presence of diabetes when a chance or routine blood examination is done. Best way to diagnose is to do a fasting, PP blood glucose plus HbA1c% test. Thanks.

Diabetes is a slow killing diseases.
It cannot be felt many times in initial days.
You need to get your sugar tested at least once or twice in a year haphazardly, so this will be safer rather than waiting for some disease to happen.
