I face the problem of coughing nd sneezing on frequent basis. Especially during winters I hav a stuffy nose when I get up early in the morning. My nose keeps watering. Earlier to cure this I had taken Xofex-XL tabs, Xpect-B syrup, and Rid-AR tabs as prescribed by a doctor. My problem was cured but now recently Ive been facing this again. please also tell me certain precautions I shud take and how can build immunity towards cough nd cold. Bcoz of throat problem and cough. My throat is also a little swollen please also tell me how to cure that too. I also taking chywanprash with milk.
