I run last 15 days my target is 5 km run and I not complete 5 km run how to complete my run target? And increase my running stamina?

Running or any kind of exercise in 1/2 will increase strength stamina after 1/2 strength your body strength stamina will decreases overexercise running will harmful only 1/2 strength exercise is benificial

Body takes time to build stamina. Do running regularly. Do not give up. Keep increasing distance bit by bit. Warm up for 10 mins before run. After run, do stretches for 10 mins. After few weeks you will see the result.
