I have joined gym 2 month ago for increase size n gain some massed body. But I am unable to get that proper diet. My calorie intake is about 1500-2000 and protien is also very low in my diet. So I think I should take some supplement .but I am so much confused that what should I take in supplement. Creatine.weight gainer. Whey protein. Or something else. Everybody suggest to take whey protein but I am skinny so I think I have to take mass gainer .i think so. I do not believe on supplement supplier advice. please help me out. please suggest as much as you can.

2 months is a very short time to expect results. Rather than looking for artificial protein supplements, better consume milk, cheese,eggs, poultry, soy and pulses for protein intake. 2000 cal is insufficient so consume atleast 100gms of nuts per day to increase your calorie intake. All the best.

If you work out for 2 hours regularly at Gym and take natural balanced diet, you will notice changes in your body after 4-6 months. Your friends will notice after one Year and others will notice after 2 years. Muscles and bulk does not happen instantly. You have to have patience. Therefore aim to be fit and strong. Avoid any form of supplements. All these are not required. It is just waste of money. Take natural foods. Be confident and be proud of yourself. Avoid comparison with others. Be fit and be happy at all times.
