A haemoglobin of 14.2 in a 9 month old female is normal there is nothing to worry about. As the child grows older their HB values resemble adult values.

At birth ,the hemoglobin of an infant is more than 20 gm%. It goes on decreasing with age. The hb levels of your daughter are perfectly normal.

Normal haemoglobin range for children of that age is 12 to 14g/dl. So I think you have nothing to worry about.
