I want to loose my weight. I am 21 year old I am regularly used yoga and physical exercise but it have given effect result so can you please suggest so me effective way to reduce fat and also suggest some food which help to reduce fat.?

Sir I would suggest you for customized diet plans for weight loss, for the time being add 1spoon isabgol in your rotis and triphala powder soaked overnight in water have it in morning and night. Avoid fry spicy junk food and aerated drinks and do 30mints of exercise in the day. For further information on the diet kindly drop private message.
