I am a 19 year old male. I had arthroscopic meniscus repair surgery done on my left meniscus for a buckle handle tear. It's now been 6 months yet there is a grinding sound in that meniscus. I still feel some pain while straightening my leg aerially. Is it normal in rehab or is it a bad sign? Thank you for your help in advance. I'd really appreciate it.
