I had PCOS diagnosed in July 2014. Took myoinisitol, duphaston from 16 to 25 th day and folic acid for a year.in April 2015 I took tamoxifen 3 cycles for ovulation induction .then in July took siphene 2 cycles 100 mg.in September took clomid and HCG injections and when follicles matured took HUCOG 10000 UI but ovarian hyperstimulation took place and egg did not rupture. I have been advised ovarian drilling in January 2017. After injectable and clomid cycle my follicles matured by day 13 but did not rupture even after taking HUCOG. Please advise that if ovarian drilling does not work then what will be my next step?
