Hi I am interested in both Gym n Aerobics. Can both run at same time or one after another at a same session like morning? please suggest me all the routines. Thank you.

You can first do Aerobics for 30-45 mins and after 10 mins break you can do gymming. Aerobics will build stamina and Gym will build strength. Together its a good combo for health.
