I got circumcised 3 weeks ago. Everything was fine till first few days. But now I am noticing that the inner portion of my glans. The end of the glans has some bruises on it and it is covered with some yellowish discharge. brushes started from one side and it has covered the entire round of my penis glans. There is also swelling on the skin above the stitches. I have been applying soframycin cream but it does not seem to be of much help. What should I do? Is bruises and yellowish white discharge normal?
