1st USG Sac found on 21st Nov after 2nd USG on 2nd Dec Dr. Said it is a dead one, on 23rd Nov brown spotting without any pain came out. She suggested to hold on. Bcoz according d patient mensuration ,baby should b of 3 months. But d patient generally have irregular period gaping of min 3 months .she has poly cyst problem too. Now Dr. Asking for abortion. Will patient wait or go for abortion? (19 months got married, this is 1st issue for a couple)

At 12 wks of pragnancy, it should not be difficult to decide on USG, wether it is viable or not. Since you give H/O brownish discharge also, most probably your's is case of missed abortion. In that case abortion will have to be done.

Hello, As USG report is indicating that there was some sign of pregnancy, so do not delay go for D & C, as suggested by your gynecologist. And from next time Monitor periods and take proper treatment for irregular menstruation. Thank you.
