Hi, Cardiac septal defects are successfully operated now-a-days and a person can lead a very normal life after surgery. There will be no problem in the married life also.

Dear lybrateuser, - When the blood between the two heart chambers mixes due to a hole in between them it can lead to reduced oxygen supply to various organs - this defect if large is closed by surgery - the individual can lead a normal life , there should not be any problem in marital life if the defect is repaired properly.
