I am a 20 year old male. I had received a blow in my left testicle 3 weeks ago. My usg reports are normal. I have not masturbated since then. Recently I am having an ache in my affected testicle which swells up slightly and goes away after some time. I am not sure if it is blue balls or the result of the trauma such as epididymal injury. I cannot consult with anyone about this. Please help. I am afraid to masturbate now.

Do not worry, as usg reports are normal, this symptoms may be due to inflammation of internal parts, take anti inflammatory medicines for some days, proper under garments, warm water for drinking, avoid masturbation, sex for some days. Best luck.
