I am a 20 year old male. I had received a blow in my left testicle 3 weeks ago. My usg reports are normal. I have not masturbated since then. Recently I am having an ache in my affected testicle which swells up slightly and goes away after some time. I am not sure if it is blue balls or the result of the trauma such as epididymal injury.
