I have 6.1 feet tall but I have only 55 kg weight I have use protein powder twice but I did't get result what is the problem?

well one thing I want to ask you is really protein supplements hlp in gaining weight well according to me no single food have all good property and that's why I should consume a balanced healthy diet and indulge in physical activities. have banana shake,moderate amount of ghee in ur diet instead of having protein powder.so stop using these powders.hope u take my advise forward.take care dear.and if u need any other hlp feel free to ask.have a gud day
