Sir. My side and buttocks are becoming fat and big. But i am slim. Can you please tell solution for that? Please advise.

Hello , pls do exercise regularly, at least for 15 mins just walk in the morning. Drink more water to your diet. Don't sit for long time, if you are doing a sitting work, try to get up and walk for some time. Add protein and low fat food to your diet. Let me know if I can help you with best protein source.
