I am from Nainital which is a hill station and recently I have shifted to Delhi. Suddenly am suffering from severe hair fall. Can you please suggest me some medicines or techniques so that I can reduce my hairfall? Also suggest some shampoo which I can use.

Dear lybrate-user, Thanks for your query. You have shifted from Nainital to Delhi. Most of the metro cities have water problems. Either borewell water which hard water or bleached water. Both are bad for hair. You can use drinking water for hair wash. Dilute shampoo with water for hair wash. Oil hair before every hair wash. If you are stying in hostel then need to check for the nutrition. Add more leafy vegetables, fruits in your diet, Protein supplements as well.
