I am unable to sleep on time, no matter what I do, I just can not sleep on time, need a permanent solution, tried sleeping pills did not work, worked temporarily, tried alcohol (even though its a bad option it worked temporarily) however there were setbacks. So what is the solution.

Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes.
