Dry fruits are good for weight gain. For weight loss, have fresh whole fruits-orange, apple with peel, guava with peel, papaya, sweet lime, strawberry, kiwi, peach, jamun, raspberry, gooseberry, blueberry. You can have a coconut water w/o cream daily.
