Hello, for thighs and hips workout for atleast 1 hour in morning. You can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce tummy ,lie down on flat surface raise your legs with out bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times. Avoid heavy dinner and late night meals.
