Good Morning ~ I am sorry to hear that you have Parkinson's disease and you are trying your best to get your symptoms under control, I strongly advise you however to take fluids only till 5 pm and avoid any and all kinds of fluids including milk, tea, coffee, soft drinks like coke cola fizz etc, coconut water or water after this time till food and then take your medications with a little water. The last thing that needs to be done before you hit bed is to go to the restroom to void urine and then fall asleep. This would prevent your frequent nocturnal urinary problem. I also believe that some medications may be contributing to your problem and strongly advice you to consult a neuropsychiatrist.
