I want suggestion from dentist. My molar teeth is broken down and a empty space is occurred. What could I have to do. Is there further complications if I will not focus on it.

Hello, its better to replace the broken tooth otherwise there will be gap in adjacent teeth which will cause food lodgement and cavity.

U can go for removable or fixed prosthesis an implant would b the best and if left like that the neighbouring n upper opposing teeth will get affected you may loose them early.

yes the rest of your remaining teeth may migrate into the empty space and your teeth may have gaps in between. better get a tooth over there.
