I am 23 years old and my weight is 59 kg. My problem is that my thies is very thin also legs and less fat in hips. Bcz of this my dresses not fit in my lower body. I feel very shame in front of people bcz of my unshaped thin figure? Help me.

Hi lybrate-user, you need to increase muscle mass near your thigh portion so cn hve a proper posture. For that you need to take high protein diet like beans and legumes and milk and good vitamin C consumption in your diet with appropriate exercise of that area wil help you out definately.
