I am having sleepless days. I have a BP of 150/86. I hardly sleep for 6 hours in almost 2 days. I feel lazy snd uninterested in any work.

you do yoga n morning walk daily at least 10 km every day take cap.Stresscom 1x2 daily befor 2 hr to meal
Reduce your stress and avoid gadgets at bedtime and go to bed early create a atmosphere for sleep also avoid coffee at night and do meditation and yoga.
