I think I am overweight acc to my height and age. So please suggest me for reducing fat+ Weight both as early as possible. How should I do it? I walk daily for half hr bt still its not done, neither I am suffering frm any disease nor I am on any medications, what should be done for Weight and fat loss?

Hi lybrate-user .u can start rich protein food egg ,curd, chiken,and avoid carb food exam-potato, and rice ,chappti and eat cytofrash and microfruits after breakfast daily 1 tablet.
