Headaches are not always related to eyes and use of glasses. The most common causes r stress. Inadequate n infrequent food and water intake, colds n coughs, migraine, cluster headaches etc. Make sure you eat n drink at regular intervals. Exercise. Learn relaxation techniques. Sleep well. Meditate.
Try pain killers. If headache still persists or associated with nausea vomiting giddiness please consult a physician.
Please get your refraction repeated and confirmed by an optometrist and an ophthalmologist so you can be prescribed correct refraction .The headache problem should alleviate with that .Thanks.
