Hi madam, Please advise what brand and which type of dates we can buy from market. I always confused on the brand and type of dates. And also tel me my father is a diabetic patient so if he consumes everyday 4 to 5 is there any problem? Lots of ppl says that dates are heating to the body is it really true?

well u can have any types of dates or brand.but make sure that at least it's having proper cleaniness nd hygiene.dates are beneficial for health.but for your father it's better to avoid dates in case if diabetic patient.but if your father wants to have then he can have that only in case of controlled sugar.and not 4-5 but can have 1-2 sometimes.hope you get the answer you want.and if need any other hlp feel free to ask anytime.take care dear.hav a gud day!
