I am 28 years old and suffering from type 1 diabetes from 8 years. I'm very thin my weight is only 45 kg and height is 5 feet 4 inch only .I want to gain weight so please advice me what should I have add in my diet. Thanks a lot.

You can add dry fruits like Nuts and cashews to your diet. + You can take more paneer and proteins like peas, sprouts, Rajma, eggs etc This will help you to gain weight.
