I am a security guard, however my night shift almost 10 days in month. My question is whether night duty harm for my health. If yes what can I do for my health.

It's your profession, you can not avoid it. If you feel better and have energy, then it's Ok. Just maintain sleeping duration 7 to 8 hours in daytime.

Take balanced diet Do regular exercise. take sound sleep for 8 hrs in a day.

Hello, Technically anything which goes against the body clock is not advisable. But you are left with no choice. Get enough sleep and avoid caffeine intake after 6 pm. Avoid alcohol and smoking and ensure no heavy meals are taken through the night.
