Dear lybrateuser, - You pain could be due to a muscular or bony problem since it pains on movement - do not exert, bend, stretch, do exercise like pushups, lift weights for a few days till it is better - do hot fomentation of the area three times a day - apply over the counter pain killer gel three times a day - take tab Paracetamol if pain is more - do an x- ray chest if pain doesn't improve.
