Hello Doctor, I had chickenpox last week. That time doctor suggested me blood test, later it found that platelets were depleted and came down to 56,000. After treatment for few days I felt okay. Now, I feel body pain, and weakness. Also when I take food, it is processed so fast, that daily I have to visit toilet twice. I am wondering Why?

It is viral myalgia, a muscular pain due to viral infections which persists for some time even after the acute phase subsides. Your bowel setting might have been disturbed during the acute phase of fever due to reduced intake, now it will reset in a few days gradually. Have normal high fiber diet to have soft smooth motions.

Here's the thing- 1.drink water as much as you can. 2.If you have body ache then take some pain killers, it will not kill you. 3.Eat diet rich in protein and fibres like chicken and vegetables.
