*How to deal with angry and hateful thoughts?* Angry, hateful thoughts are like poison ? literally poison.� They not only pollute our minds, such thoughts physically release very harmful substances into our body.� Anger and hatred toward another person is like trying to hurt the offender by ourselves drinking poison.� That doesn?t mean the other person should not be challenged or stopped, BUT that should be done with love.� In other words because we LOVE that jiva (part and parcel of the Lord) we don?t� want them to suffer so we try to correct their activity so they will not suffer in the future for what they are doing.� So my humble advice is if you find someone being dishonest try to correct them with love.� If you can?t do that, at least take a breath and think before you speak.� Words are like arrows.� Once released they cannot be retracted.
