We married approx 1 years and 8 months. Tried to have a baby since 10 months. Wife's all Hermon test Is good and my sperm test -30million. We do sex regularly as per doctors suggested days and in suggested positions. Still not conceived. Doctor now suggested clomipure-50 & duphaston tablets for 3 months. We have used folic acid tablets for 3 months. I am very disappointed. What to do to conceive? What is the thing I am missing please suggest?

You know lybrate-user only ovum maure for 24 hours in a month. We have to calculate this date. Normaly our cycle is of 28-30 days so ovulation date is 14th or 16 th date. We have to sex on that very date. If you know all about ovulation then o.k. Otherwise discuss with me on line after fees I will guide you as a whole. Donot disaapoint.
