Hello, its too much of medication for no diagnosis, at all. Your weight loss is due to gastric disorder. I being a homoeopath can suggest you certain medication in homoeopathy for gastric disorder. Tk homoeopath medicine:@ Carbo- veg 200-6pilz morning @ China 200-6 pillls noon. Tk. Plenty of water to hydrate your body preventing constipation. Go for a walk in the morning to restore peristaltic movement. Your diet be easily digestible on small intervals for avoiding gastric disorder.
