Hello sir main dikhane main thin hoon and main apana body shape ko yani muscle ko develop karna chahata hoon so any proper diet suggestions. Need help doctor please.

The best way is to do proper exercise and increase gradually to increase capacity. Best food is traditional food made at home which contains cereals, salads, almonds, linseed in winter, clarified butter and buttermilk etc. I have not seen any use of muscle mass food etc. Keep your bowels clean. May take some special brunghan group of herbs for added advantage which are safe.
