Good morning sir I have one doubt I enroll with gym my gym coach advised to me to take two or three eggs per day (baked) it is good for health and future I will face any kind of problems? That's my question sir.

Hello dear Eggs are natural source of protein and cannot create any problem, It is good for body building but avoid yellow part of egg Avoid proteins powder And you can go with pulses, soya milk, paneer.
